ASTRASTACK TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED: Consumer Market Expansion Service Agreement & Terms of Use

- INTRODUCTION
This Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions between the Client ("You" or "Client") and ASTRASTACK TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("We," "Us," or "Astrastack") governing your use of our Consumer Market Expansion Consulting Services ("Services"). By accessing, using, or subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. - SERVICE SCOPE
Astrastack provides professional consulting, strategy advisory, and vendor management services for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) aiming to expand into the consumer market. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Strategic marketing planning
- Vendor recommendation and selection guidance
- Market trend analysis and insight reports
- Remote marketing consultation and performance reviews
Note: We do not provide direct implementation, tool sales, or digital execution services. All deliverables are advisory in nature.
- CLIENT ELIGIBILITY & SELECTION
Client onboarding is subject to review. Astrastack reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject any client application based on internal criteria without any obligation to provide reasons for such decisions. Submitting a service inquiry does not guarantee acceptance into our programs. - FEES & PAYMENT
All service fees must be paid in advance based on the selected subscription plan. Fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
Refund Policy: All payments are final. Astrastack does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may cancel their monthly subscription by providing written notice via email to [Insert Email] at least fifteen (15) days before the next billing cycle. Services will continue to be provided until the end of the notice period. - VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS & COMMISSION DISCLOSURE
As part of our advisory services, we may recommend vendors, agencies, or platforms for your marketing needs. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Final selection of vendors remains the Client's responsibility.
- Astrastack may receive referral fees, facilitation commissions, partner incentives, or similar compensation from vendors.
- These arrangements are governed by independent agreements and do not affect the advisory quality or objectivity of our recommendations.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Astrastack is not responsible for any loss, cost, damage, or business disruption arising from third-party vendor performance or implementation of recommendations. All decisions made based on our consultation are at the sole discretion and risk of the Client. - CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose Client information to vendors without prior written consent. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All strategies, plans, templates, and documentation provided remain the intellectual property of Astrastack unless otherwise agreed. The Client may use them solely for internal business purposes. - MODIFICATIONS
Astrastack reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, e.g., Mumbai], India. - DIGITAL CONSENT & RECORDKEEPING
